Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched the next working day.

Average delivery time is 1-2 working days from the item being shipping out. As deliveries can take longer in some cases, please allow up to 3 working days from it being dispatched before getting in touch with us. Deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 years of age at the provided address.

Next day delivery is standard in most areas of mainland UK and provided free of charge. In outlying areas, such as highlands and islands where next day delivery service is not available, we provide a 48-72 hour delivery service. Some areas may incur additional delivery cost as a result.

All deliveries are sent with a trackable service and will require a signature from a person over 18 years of age. We can provide a tracking number for each delivery to enable you to access the latest update on your delivery.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, beginning with the day you receive the item. We are unable to offer free returns on unwanted boxes of beer due to their weight. If you wish to return unwanted items to us, the box must be unopened, and you must pay for return delivery costs. If you would like to request a return, please contact: info@traditionalbeercompany.co.uk and our customer services team will advise you.

Should an item arrives to you damaged, please let us know so we can send a replacement item or provide a refund.

Personalised goods cannot be returned, with the exception where a personalised item has been supplied incorrectly, such as an engraving being spelt differently from what was requested.
